L'ouzo (ούζο) est une boisson alcoolisée anisée grecque fabriquée à base d'alcool neutre mélangé à divers aromates (principalement l'anis) puis distillé et dilué.

Il est assez proche, au goût, de certains anisés blancs français comme la Marie Brizard.

Il est incolore et devient blanc au contact de l'eau. Les puristes le consomment avec un glaçon sans rajouter d'eau.
